iFieldGuides™ was formed in 2006 to develop innovative technology for birders and other nature enthusiasts. Our initial focus is on delivering iBirdSongs™, a field guide to bird songs for the iPod. Our goal is to deliver an exceptional experience at an exceptional value.

Birders and other nature enthusiasts have special needs associated with iPod use in the field. There is a whole economy associated with iPod accessories, but not all accessories are well suited for use in the field.
